Our signature menu lines our counter – Nikujyaga*, a variety of Japanese casseroles coined our "large dish items" (oozara ryori), as well as our seasonal choice of à la carte offerings. To the best of our abilities, we use organic products and adhere to natural products even in choosing our condiments.
